It features a growing DVD collection and an international section with books written in Chinese, Tagalog, Farsi, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. And if the book you're looking for still isn't in the libary, their LinkPlus service allows you to order and ship a book to the branch from partnering libraries. There's also a children's corner with a reading and play area stocked with blocks, legos, a play kitchen and, of course, lots of children's books.</p> <p>The library also provides a host of other services for the community, including free legal consultation the first Tuesday of each month, youth events and senior programs. The library provides live <a href="http://www.aclibrary.org/teens/default.asp?topic=Teens&cat=HomeworkHelp">homework help</a> through BrainFuse, along with on-site homework help for kindergarten through 10th grade students from Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm throughout the school year.</p> <p>The library also offers free Internet access with 23 Internet stations, two word processing stations and three early literacy computers for young children. There's also a print enlarger, two photocopy machines and a scanner. A meeting room is also available for use free of charge. Need help learning how to use a computer? These services are provided through residential community and outreach programs to fulfill the physical, social and spiritual needs of the extended Masonic community.</p> <p>Among its community efforts are support for local education through service learning programs and student volunteer opportunities provided to area public colleges and local high schools, as well as tutoring provided by several residents at a local elementary school.</p> <p>Support for Masonic Homes is provided by contributions from the Masons. Outreach and nursing services are a direct effort and one of the oldest forms of Masonic Charity. Masonic Homes communities feature accommodating apartments in addition to ammenities like a library, fitness center, Chaplin, on-site medical care, transportation to off-site events, 24 hour emergency response service and more.</p>

The building houses most of the city's administrative offices, including Public Works, Economic and Community Development, Leisure Services and more. The offices of the city clerk, city manager and city attorney are also located here. The city council meets here every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
