He's completely reliable and we love him. He does two other houses on our street at the same time, so we might get a group discount.

* Surveys your yard, based on seasons, and prices the work ahead of time based on amount of time. IE: Leaf fall in Autumn or Fruit falls in spring and summer.
* Has all licences, liability Insurance and Bonding required by your City. County and State.
* Bills on a regular bassis and allows to to pay bills by mail.
* When you are on Vacation, is willing to come and water, pickup trash and keep yard free of blown in clutter twice a week for a fee, agread upon, ahead of time.
* puts all gargening refuse in your "Yard Wast Bin" if you have one or hauls it away if you do not and does not use a blower to put your leaves and debri onto your neighbors cars or yard.
If you find one like that, please post it here so we will know who the "Good Ones Are".

On Monday afternoon about 14:06 hours…Read More (2:06 PM) officers are sent to 32675 Foxglove Way to investigate an unknown problem. (dispatcher could not understand broaken English) Officers determined that this was a home invasion robbery in which two BMA’s, (Police are afraid to say: "Black, Male, Adults"),follow an elderly East Indian ( Not White) to his home and force their way in as he is entering it. The suspects produce a black semi auto pistol and an "Uzi type" (Not legaly sold in California) weapon ordering the family to the ground. One victim is pistol whipped about the head.( After they forced there way into a locked bedroom) The suspects flee in a silver 4 door Audi or BMW type vehicle with a third suspect driving. Who says Union City is not Gang Infested? Homeowners, time for you to have more "firepower". The criminals already have their guns and are comming after YOU. Most east Indians are PACIFISTS AND DON'T OWN GUNS. Notice, they choose their targets that are defensless and wear a lot of GOLD.

Sad to say I was also a victim of a robber in September 2012 I live in Medallion Drive and after 6…Read More months I was a victim again while my alarm was in-force, my neighbor informed me that 2 young Black men came to her door and was asking for directions to Logan Hish School, and this was last month April 22, I am sure it is the same robbers. Yes it is time for us to be more aware of our sorrounding robbers are not only Black, but all colors . So we need to be more cautious be sure no unknown cars are parked in the street, be alert, show you are a nosy neighbor...I had the alarm on when my house was ransacked 3 weeks ago but it did not dter the Robbers... so for all ADT customer be vigiland call ADT, BAY Alarm etc... be sure your alalrm is working properly, ADAT did not advise me that you have to call ADT every month to be sure your alarm is working, I am planning to sue them for my loss while my alarm was on. It is not the money but all the photos on our lap tops, and I pad and jewelry my husband has given me and the peace of mind of being safe if you have and alarm.
So dear neighbor's let us be vigilant in figthing CRIME let us not dwell on the color of the Robbers because they come in all color and nationality, race, religion they do not respect the homeowner, They Do Not Have Respect at all... Thank you Neighbor's
