Sugar Mill Landing Park

Located across from the Union Landing Shopping Center, Sugar Mill Landing Park is  home to the Flight 93 Memorial honoring the 33 passengers and seven crew members aboard United Airlines Flight 93 on September 11, 2001. Forty remembrance stones make up the memorial and each stone is engraved with the name, age, and hometown of each person on that flight. The park and memorial are surrounded by plenty of trees, and a small trail runs along the park and lead into the nearby neighborhoods.
