Backyard Boiler

<p>Backyard Boiler is the only restaurant in Union City to specialize in Cajun seafood. Located at Union Landing, the restaurant features fresh crab and Louisiana crawfish flown in daily.</p> <p>The menu menu includes king crab legs, whole Dungeness crab, crawfish, shrimp, clams and oysters, along with Cajun favorites such as fried catfish, fresh oysters, hot wings and a variety of sides. Customers can pick their heat (mild, medium or spicy) and choose between two flavors to drown them in: Cajun garlic butter or their signature “backyard style” blend of spices.</p> <p>The restaurant also features a bar, several flat-screen TVs and seating for 50 to 60 customers.</p>
