Here are some of the high school football scores from around the region Friday night.
James Logan 42 Heritage 28
After a struggle that eventually ended in victory last week, Logan High won again Friday night, defeating Heritage High in Brentwood.
The Colts are now 4-0 while the Patriots are 2-2.
Logan will play American High (1-2) next week.
Newark 14 El Cerrito 14
The El Cerrito Gauchos and Newark Cougars game ended in a tie after going into overtime.
This keeps the Gauchos at 2-1 and the Cougars at 0-1.
Newark Memorial will play Kennedy (0-1).
Castro Valley High did not play this weekend.
