Teen Fit Camp

This is a one of a kind teen fitness camp that will help to inspire our teens to live healthy lives in every way.Β  Teens (ages 12-16) will learn gym etiquette and proper use of fitness equipment. They will also learn relaxation techniques, healthy eating, how to exercise more effectively and make improvements in their health and living kills. Upon completion of the camp, participates who are 14 years of age or older will gain a special access pass to the Union City Sport Center Fitness Room and group exercise classes in conjunction with a regularly purchased youth membership.

Teens need to wear comfortable fitness attire including athletic shoes, and should bring water and a work out towel to camp. NonSports Center members must complete an Emergency card prior to class start.

This camp meets for two classes.Β
