Our 75 minute class begins with centering meditation to cultivate a strong body, quiet mind and warrior spirit! Dynamic Flow provides a customized series of yoga postures designed to dynamically challenge the entire body from the head to toe. Rick provides clear instruction and offers alignment cues to help keep you safe and playing your edge with skill. Whatever you’re game; yoga can make you a better player!
This is a mixed levels class with options for beginning / intermediate yogis with some Vinyasa / Hatha Yoga experience. Using alignment based principles; every class provides a full spectrum of dynamic standing and seated postures with emphasis on opening the shoulders and hips. As we build strong foundations, we explore upside down with inversions including hand stands, head stand and forearm balancing. Hip Openers, Twists, Forward Folds, Backbends and active restorative poses prepare you for final relaxation.
