Photo Gallery: Cars Fuel School Supply Drive
The New Haven Teachers Association and Union City Police Officers Association partnered to host a car show and school supply drive Sunday.
Both classic American and tricked-out foreign cars were on display Sunday at for the New Haven Teachers Association and Union City Police Officers Association's School Supply Drive and Car Show. The event was held to encourage donations of school supplies for underpriveledged children in the New Haven School District.
More than 100 people turned out to donate backpacks, binders and more, according to Charmaine Kawaguchi, president of the NHTA.
