New Haven Unified School Board, 20th State Assembly Candidate Forum

League of Women Voters of Fremont, Newark & Union City, Neighbor

Candidates vying for the New Haven School Board will express their positions on Wednesday, September 26. The four candidates that will appear are: Jonas Dino, Nick Fresquez, Michelle Matthews and Michael Richie. 


The forum will begin at 7 pm with a panel of the school board candidates.  Then at 8:15 pm, 20th State Assembly candidates, Bill Quirk and Jennifer Ong will answer questions on important issues. The newly redrawn 20th Assembly District  includes Hayward, Union City, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, and part of Fremont.The forum is hosted by the League of Women Voters.For more information, call 510-79405783 or email publicity@lwvfnuc.org.
