Family members/caregivers of loved ones with serious mental illnesses - Education Program

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Family-to-Family Education Program (F2F)

Family members/Caregivers (partners and friends) of loved ones with serious mental illnesses often experience considerable worry, stress, and need for information and support as they try to assist their ill relatives and adjust to the changes that our loved ones bring to the family system.

The Family-to-Family Education Program is a series of 12 weekly classes structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious illness while maintaining their own well being.
