Are you a veteran or know someone who is? On Saturday, July 27 I'm hosting a forum with the Alameda County Veteran Services Office (ACVSO) and the VA Palo Alto Health Care System for veterans to learn more about the benefits offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and how to apply for a claim.


Veterans who fought for our country should not have to fight for their benefits when they return home. At this forum, my staff and representatives from ACVSO will instruct veterans who have not yet made a claim with the VA on how to properly file a claim and easily navigate the claims process
