What's For Sale For The Median Housing Price In Union City

Check out this three-bedroom house that's selling for less than $600,000

Home prices continue to surge in the Bay Area as they cool off a bit elsewhere.

The median price for a home in the nine-county Bay Area jumped to $585,000 in August, a 36 percent increase from the year before.

The price of a home can vary greatly from ZIP code to ZIP code, so we'd thought we'd take a look at houses on the market that are priced close to each community's median price.

In Union City, there's this three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house at 330 Riviera Drive that's listed at $575,000.

The home, built in 1964, is 1,430 square feet and sits on a sixth of an acre.
