The Least Expensive Homes For Sale In Central, Southern Alameda County

Check out these homes for under $500,000

Some experts are predicting 2014 will produce a calmer real estate market than we saw in 2013.

They say they'll be more homes for sale, fewer bidding wars and more stable prices.

Last week, we looked at some of the more expensive homes for sale in the region. This week, we thought we'd profile some of the least expensive single family homes on the market here.

In Union City, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 122 Wendy Court is listed at just under $400,000.

It was built in 1960 and has 1,260 square feet.

In Castro Valley, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 17412 Rolando Ave. is listed at $400,000.

It was built in 1952 and has 1,028 square feet.

In Fremont, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 4560 El Cajon is listed at $450,000.

It was built in 1954 and has 1,214 square feet.
