This home has been on the market for awhile, Not a good location and right on the corner of a busy intersection with railroad tracks just down the road.

These are the third owners to be selling this house since it was built too. There must be something wrong...

Yeah this house is right down the street from where I live and it almost always looks vacant. I think I've seen a family there...once. The house is beautiful and looks like it takes up the entire lot it's on, so there isn't much of a yard. It's also on the corner of a very busy intersection, sits within a few blocks of two rail road tracks on either side, not to mention it's right next to the Bart tracks. But you'll get used to all the noise and commotion within a few months :)

I love all that light. The west facing ones make the room super hot in the summer, though.

Location, Location, Location. Gangs, Trains that blow their wistels all night long and bad bully ridden Schools. A School district spends more time trying to re-name schools than give the children a good education. The high school is over populated with 4,800 students because they will not build another one on the West side of Union City. What this house needs is a 12 foot tall Wall with barbed wire on the top to stop the burgelars who frequent the neighborhood and the wall needs to be 2 feet thick to stop the bullets.
