Cost Per Square Foot: Homes In Union City That Have A Higher Price Tag

Check out this updated home in Union City that costs more than $400 per square foot

You get what you pay for, the old saying goes.

That's true for homes as much as anything.

With that in mind, we thought we'd take a look this week at houses that cost more per square foot that most homes in their area.

There are a lot of reasons for the higher price tag. Location is probably the main reason. There can also be amenities as well as the size of the yard.

In Union City, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 1801 Sherman Drive is listed at $560,000.

It's 1,224 square feet, which means its cost more than $400 per square foot.

The residence is listed as a "nice single story in a good location" with "lots of updates."
