Potholes on Whipple Road Repaired

The City of Hayward has filled in the potholes under I-880 on Whipple Road. Due to the large amount of truck traffic and the nature of the repair, this fix is temporary and a long-term permanent repair is needed. However, the City of Hayward has many roads which need repair as well. According to their staff, the City of Hayward currently does not have enough funds to make the permanent repair, but will continue to seek funding opportunities.
