From the City of Fremont

The new Below Market Price Homeownership Program gives first-time homebuyers the opportunity to buy their first home in Fremont at a below market rate price.

The BMP Program is a joint venture between the City and Pulte Homes.

New homes are offered at Tavenna, a townhome community that features two- and three-story home plans ranging in size from 1,246 square feet to 1,969 square feet.

Located in the Ardenwood area, Tavenna is near great schools and has easy freeway access. Features include side-by-side attached two-car garages and four home designs. Homes include island kitchens, open dining areas, and walkout balconies on some floor plans.

To be eligible for this program, applicants may not have owned a principal place of residence within the last three calendar years, must  currently live, work or have previously lived in Fremont.

Applicants must meet income guidelines and various other qualifi cations noted above. Contact Housing Manager May Lee at 494-4506 or go to Fremont.gov/bmp.
