Zumba — in Costume — at Halloween Fundraiser

Proceeds from the Oct. 26 event will benefit Congregations Organizing for Renewal, a faith-based community group.

Join Congregations Organizing for Renewal this Saturday, Oct. 26, for a Halloween-themed Zumbathon.

The event, held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, will benefit the faith-based grassroots community group. 

COR has played an integral role in providing youth with leadership and pushing for change in Southern Alameda County for more than 15 years. Their campaigns in Union City have tackled immigrant rights and youth violence prevention, among other social issues.

Saturday’s Zumbathon will feature 10 instructors and guests are encouraged to dress in costume.
