Family members/caregivers of loved ones with serious mental illnesses - Education Program

Family members/caregivers and friends of loved ones with serious mental illnesses often experience considerable worry, stress, and need for information and support as they try to assist their ill relatives and adjust to the changes that serious mental illness brings to the family system.

The Family to Family Education Program (F2F) is a structured, peer-led, free, once a week, 12-week information and support class for such family members, organized and distributed by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Each F2F course is taught by a team of family members who are trained graduates of the program itself. You will join other family members and friends with similar experiences.
