Wiggle Waggle Walk to Benefit Homeless Pets!

Register today for Alameda’s biggest and best event for pets! The "Wiggle- Waggle Walk" raises critical funds needed to help save the lives of the more than 1000 of abandoned pets that come to Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) each year.

Mark your calendar for Sunday, June 8th from 12:00pm. to 3:00pm. at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal (215 Adelphian Way) in Alameda.  Pre-registration for the Wiggle Waggle Walk and pet festival is $25 per dog before 5:00pm June 7 and $30 at the walk. Dog lovers who are currently without a canine friend are invited to come and enjoy being surrounded by more than 150 happy, wiggly dogs.

Many fun activities are planned for all ages.  Everyone is welcome to enjoy refreshments, entertainment, pet contests, an alumni parade, pet adoptions,  and more. The highlight of the day is a mile long scenic walk along the San Francisco Bay. Walkers are also asked to collect pledges to support FAAS.
