Union City's "The Running Dead" 5K/ 10K Fun Run & Walk!

Get ready to run away from the Zombies at the Union City Leisure Service's Running Dead 5K/ 10K Fun Run & Walk!  5K Stroller Division and 5K Pet Walking Division will be held as well.  Pick up a registration at any of our Community Centers or click here to download an application.  You can register online through Active today as well!  Register early and receive a "Running Dead" T-Shirt!  To be guaranteed a shirt, you must register by Friday, October 18, 2013.

Enter the Zombie Challenge!  Participants will get a chance to dodge the Zombies on the trail.  Each runner who dares to participate in this deadly challenge will receive two flags to wear on their hips during the race.  Zombies walking the trail will be on the hunt for your flags.  Come back to the finish line with both your flags on your hips and receive a special prize!

There will be a small donation of $5 to enter the Zombie Challenge.  All proceeds for the Zombie Challenge will go to the American Diabetes Association.
