Niles Pie Dinner Concert with Gideon Freudmann

Niles Pie is hosting a Dinner Concert with Gideon Freudmann, Portland, Oregon's cello innovator, composer, songwriter, improviser. Gideon plays a fusion of Blues Jazz, Folk, Classical, Rock and more, using an electric cello with real time looping gear and a fertile imagination.  Dinner at 6 p.m., concert at 7 p.m. Reservations are required. Join us for a delicious Farm-to-Table three-course dinner followed by the concert.

~pickled local organic carrots, dilly beans, radishes
~cold poached salmon tart, tarragon lemon sauce, Niles Pie puff pastry
