Free Citizenship Clinic-UNION CITY

FREE CITIZENSHIP CLINIC - UNION CITY

Asian Law Alliance, a non-profit law office, invites all persons to this clinic for free help in applying for citizenship.  Attorneys and legal volunteers will screen potential applicants,  complete forms for eligible applicants (including fee waivers) and make sure applications are complete and get properly filed.  All communication is kept confidential.

Come to the clinic at either 10 am or 1 pm.

Receive the following services:

  • Free legal consultations
  • Free application assistance
  • Free copy of the citizenship 100 questions
Prospective Applicants should bring:
  • green card and SS card
  • dates for all trips made outside US
  • family data for children and spouse (current and former)
  • residence information and job history for past 5 years
  • certificates of disposition for any arrests
  • money order for $680 payable to US Dept. of Homeland Security         -or-    if filing for FEE WAIVER,  bring 2013 income tax of proof of public benefits

Attorneys and legal volunteers can guide you on getting missing records such as
proof of public benefits or disposition for any arrests.
