Community Corner

Yoga For Real People


Join Shannon Tuesday at 5:15 pm for Hatha and at 6:30 pm for
Gentle Candlelit Yoga.  Our practice will include poses to stimulate
and strengthen your immune system.  We
will also continue to explore the theme of “everything just as it is.”  Our yoga practices share practical tools of
mindfulness to integrate into our daily lives.
