New Year 30 Day Challenge

30 DAY NEW YEAR CHALLENGE Contest

Every new year we bring about the resolution to change!  It often comes with a big burst of hope.  We feel great when we do yoga so we make a vow to practice everyday. When we make these promises, we feel light-hearted, proud of our resolve, even connected to our higher self. We honor ourselves for making health and happiness our main goals in life.  Deep down, you know you are so ready for the challenge.
Fortunately, here at Worlds Yoga, we offer an alternative approach for making positive changes in your life: self-compassion. In the ancient Yoga Sutras( Yoga's seminal scripture) it states that self transformation does not happen overnight, but we can overcome negative patterns one step at a time.  If you are gentle with yourself and accept your setbacks with compassion, you can change your life for the better!
In line with that resolve, we are launching our 30 Day BIG STRIDES one class at a time CHALLENGE!  It is a studio-wide contest where the member who comes to practice the most gets entered into a drawing for a free workshop at our " FEED YOUR SOUL" on January 19.   So all you need to do is come for class as much as you can! 

We will have a White Board up at the Lobby, all you need to do is sign up and mark the day you come for practice!  You can come more than once as much as you can!  Just be sure to MARK your class!

 We all each possess an inner resource of wisdom, resilience, and strength, a place of deep ease and peace. When we are connected with that place in ourselves, there isn't any room for self doubt. Yoga will help you get there. Being kind to yourself will, too.
