This workshop is designed for the student who would like to gain confidence in inversions. It will consist of a heat building physical practice to build strength in the upper body and core. Then followed by a breakdown of major inversions: crow pose, forearm balance, tripod headstand, and handstand. Beginners welcome! Come and ask questions and receive hands-on support.
