A truly all-levels class designed to offer insight into the foundations of breath, bandha (supporting ourselves from our core) and postural alignment principles. This class is energetically a middle point between the gentle and vinyasa classes. Beginners, experienced practitioners, and those with therapeutic concerns are welcome.
This special introductory class to YOGA offers to all practitioners the mindfulness to focus on the basic tools as alignment, breath, and modifications for each pose. The class is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners who can use a brush up on the basics!
