Hatha Yoga - join us bringing your body back to a healthier state through the practice of Yoga.  Yoga poses, stomach exercises for toning and strength, and exercises to relax at the end of class are all part of this class.  With Yoga you will feel great after class, it will also work subtley to restore health.  Come and join us!
