Bio: Diana Rodriguez, 200- hour RYT and Holistic Lifestylist has struggled with emotional eating and weight issues her whole life. After years of dieting and putting her body through endless amounts of exercise she has finally found a "yogic way" to weight loss that feels good on a spiritual and physical level. She now has an amazing relationship with her body and with food that she never thought possible. She is now determined to teach people tools to ditch their diet and experience peace with food (finally!)
