A pedestrian who was was identified as 20-year-old . According to railroad officials, Cisneros, who was wearing headphones while walking on the Union Pacific Railroad tracks between Dyer and Smith, had his back turned and didn't move when the train crew sounded the horn. Cisneros, an aspiring musician, was set to graduate from continuation school Conley Caraballo High School. .

Family and friends gathered at a relatives home to hold a prayer ceremony and remember the life of train accident victim Enrique Cisneros. His twin brother Roberto, his mother and friends all remembered him as a happy and fun-loving individual who was full of life. .
