Meteorologists expect partly cloudy skies with a chance of rain today, but predict sunshine and temperatures in the 70s and higher for the rest of the week.

The service's automatic gauges also recorded .39 inches in the Dublin/San Ramon area.

Livermore airport recorded .25 inches while Castro Valley saw .16 inches.

The Oakland Airport gauge reported .10 inches.
