Have you always dreamed of becoming a wedding or event planner? Now, with Cal State East Bay’s new Wedding Planner Online Certificate Program you can gain the knowledge you need from the convenience of your own home!
Starting in Winter Quarter, CSUEB’s Wedding Planner Certificate Program will be offered online in addition to its usual in-class format. Participating students can finish the program in as little as 10 weeks!
The course covers all aspects of the wedding industry, including budgeting, vendor negotiations and contracts, catering, photography, videography, music, invitations, lighting, cakes and flowers. Students also learn about wedding protocol, customs and etiquette, with a special emphasis on ethnic and religious traditions as well as same-sex weddings.
