FREE Fitness Open House on Friday November 1, 2013 at The Joanne Brown Dancers!

We'll be doing a FREE Bootcamp and Kickboxing Class and Open House at the Joanne Brown Dancers, 33535 Western Avenue, Union City, CA 94587 as a way of letting Union City know that fitness classes for stay-at-home parents, college students, night workers, and anyone else in Union City that is looking for a fun, intense, daytime workout is now here!  It's from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. and the flyer is below.  Please rsvp if you are interested...and tell a friend (or two!)
