From monster-sized nachos to succulent pulled pork sandwiches you can eat in one bite, Grill Stars Curbside Cuisine has made a name for itself in the gourmet food truck business.
Owners of the Fremont-based burger and BBQ vendor said they decided to get into the mobile food business to show people what they can bring to the table.
Their extensive menu includes burgers, tacos, nachos, fried pickles and "Dusty Ball Sacks" — fried dough with powdered sugar.
Grill Stars, in partnership with the Newark and Union City chambers of commerce, are bringing food trucks known for serving unique, delicious food to the Tri-City area.
It makes its Union City debut tonight at the . The event will be held every other Thursday through August near the Walmart parking lot in Union Landing from 4 to 9 p.m.
