Known for innovative menu items Niles Pie Company uses whole fresh fruit, berries and produce.

The opening menu will include several savory galettes, featuring organic produce, such as roasted beets with feta cheese and arugula on whole wheat puff pastry.

They also will have the last of the season’s pie apples, using Prevedelli Farms’ organic apples in apple blackberry pies and caramel apple pies. Tarts with local organic Meyer lemon curd and dark chocolate, and a fun frosted version of a Pop Tart filled with organic blackberries. The menu changes weekly, enabling local seasonal produce to take center stage.
