Food Fight: Who's Got the Best Pizza in Union City?

Take our poll and tell us which restaurant is your favorite

It's been a while since . And with the big 49ers vs. Giants NFC Conference Championship game this weekend, we figured what better time to ask than now: Who's got the best pizza in Union City?

Now, we know is the local favorite (it's mine, too), but consider your options.

Last week, we featured the newly opened , whose curry pizzas are close to bumping Bronco's off the top of my favorites list. Then there's also , which is known for their monster slices; , which also serves generous portions; and A-Town Pizza, which might just have the cheapest slice in Union City.

Which is your local favorite?

Pick a restaurant in our poll and explain your answer in the comment section. Also, share your opinion with fellow Patch readers and leave a review of your favorite restaurant in our directory

There's no such thing as "good pizza" in Union City or practically anywhere else in California. If you want good pizza, the best IMO is Giovanni's on Arthur Avenue at 187th St in the Bronx.

And btw... to the arrogant KNBR callers... Alex Smith is NOT better than Eli Manning, and Davis and Walker are NOT better than New England's Gronk and Hernandez.... and you wonder why no one back east takes the Niners fans seriously. I will second Vice President Joe Biden's comments in San Francisco earlier this week.... "The Giants are heading to the Superbowl!" GO GIANTS!!!!

wow...sounds like Tim is a long way from "home"....? and doesn't like it.

haha, nah, I get back there for business quite a bit and I don't have to spend the hot and humid summers there. I get the best of both worlds. As for the Niners, I'm not going to talk trash. Niners could have easily won that game DESPITE only ONE first down all game. Don't blame Williams. Don't blame Smith.... blame your front office for not having wide receiver. Crabtree is a slot receiver, nothing more. He couldn't get open on Joe Buck, let alone Corey Webester. Great story though. Hats off to Harbaugh.... now on to stop the Patriots in the Superbowl!!!

Tim, I fully agree with you and thanks for your very gracious and right on the money comments above.
