Union City to Participate in Prescription Drug Take-Back Day this Saturday

Residents can safely dispose of prescription drugs at the Union City Police Department, located at 34009 Alvarado-Niles Rd.

UCPD Encourages Residents to Safely Dispose of Unused Prescription Drugs - National Prescription Drug Take Back Day – October 26 

WHO: Union City Police Department and the City of Union City 

WHAT: National Prescription Drug Take Back Day 

WHEN: Saturday, October 26, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. 

WHERE: Union City Police Department – 34009 Alvarado Niles Road, Union City 

WHY: Union City Police and the City of Union City, in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 26, is hosting a drop-off location to safely dispose of subsequently accumulated unwanted and unused prescription drugs. Please note that no medical waste or hypodermic syringes will be accepted.
