- Why Go: Each evening includes a presentation by the American Paranormal Research Association on recent findings at the houses and participation in an investigation inside one of the houses.

- Where/When: Niles Boulevard in Fremont; Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Why Go: The event will feature a quilt show, garden tour, vendors selling plants and crafts as well as free garden talks.

- Where/When: MacGregor School Auditorium in Newark; Sunday at 2 p.m.
- Why Go: Listen to America's favorite folk songs of the '60s with William Florian.
