Why Go: If laughter is the secret to long life, then Paddy's Coffee House is the place to be Friday night. Hosted by Molly Sokhom, the comedy showcase promises "lattes and laughs" with a host of up and coming Bay Area comedians, including headliner Greg Asdourian.

Why Go: The free camp is yet another free offering from the . Held at El Rancho Verde Park in Hayward, the camp will be structured for three age groups: children ages 4 to 7 from 9 to 10:30 a.m.; ages 8 to 12 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; and ages 13 to 17 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. The event also includes a free barbecue.
