Since we are all in this drought together then why not charge everyone the same surcharge per Unit? Read More If 46 Cents is good enough for the big commercial lawn water wasters then why not the same 46 cents for my childrens baths or showers? When my Dad passed away at age 99, I went to Patelco to get his money, that he had with hisRead MoreGirlfrie nd in a joint account, transfered to her and they had charged them an inactivity Fee because he had not accessed his account while he was in the convelecent hospital. Not only did they not give any interest on the account but charged them for having one. They would have been better off storing their money under a mattress and I would have not had to provide a Death Certificate to get the money transfered to her...or Banked at Chase Bank, US Bank, Citibank, Fremont Bank that all have Senior no-fee accounts.

I contacted animal control a few years ago andRead Morethey suggested using a bucket with a cloth drenched in bleach under the home (if possible) to make the animal leave. Here is a link that should be interesting to you. http://www.cbsnews.com/sunday-morning/
